Systems and processes are fully managed by BYU-Pathway Worldwide. Please do not contact BYU-Idaho or Ensign College. They are not able to help you.

If you need help, please sign in and submit one ticket per issue at help.byupathway.edu. This helps Support know what students are struggling with and how widespread the issue is. We appreciate your feedback!

How to reopen a ticket

We apologize if your Support request was closed but your issue was not resolved. Please follow these steps to reopen that ticket within seven days:

  1. Log in to the Help Center.
  2. Find “My Support Requests,” and filter to “Closed.”
  3. Click on the closed ticket, and view related messages that have been sent.
  4. If the messages didn’t resolve your issue, click “Reopen” and add a comment explaining what you still need help with.
  5. Pick a preferred contact method.
  6. Be specific! Support agents can best help you when you include a detailed title, links, and screenshots in your ticket.
  7. If it's been more than seven days since your ticket was closed, please submit a new ticket.
