Have you not received emails from BYU-Pathway about the system transition? Please carefully follow the instructions below to determine if it's a fix you can make or something we can help with.
- Check the personal email on your BYU-Pathway account. Type "New BYU-Pathway Portal" in the search bar. You should have received several emails with instructions and your new assigned byupathway.edu login.
- If you haven't received any emails:
- Check your deleted folder. Some inboxes retain messages deleted within the last 30+ days.
- Check your junk/spam folder.
- Make sure your inbox isn't full, which causes emails to bounce.
- Add BYU-Pathway as a contact, including email domains with "byupathway" and "byupw".
- Make sure your personal email in your student profile is updated.
- If you have followed the instructions in your email and are still experiencing issues, sign in to help.byupathway.edu and create a support ticket. The Help Center also has Knowledge Base articles to address common concerns, but we understand there are still system issues that may prevent students from taking needed actions.
