System Updates
Thank you for your patience during this transition to a new system that will allow us to eventually serve many more students. This page will provide progress updates on system issues and troubleshooting tips.

Issue | Status/Solution |

Registration errors | Some students are unable to see 2025 Block 2 in their plan and are being manually registered. Many students are also seeing incorrect information in their degree audits. We are continuing to work on solving these issues. |
Tuition payment changes | The Pay Now button is available again. Some international students have experienced issues with PayPal. This payment method will be unavailable until the issue is fixed. Please do not make multiple attempts to pay. The system may have already withdrawn your payment without updating your account. Report these errors to Support. |
Gathering holds | Some students still had a hold after selecting a gathering. Please check your holds again. If you still see a hold, go to the “Gatherings” page, and the system will double check for a gathering and remove the hold. |
Microsoft 365 | Some were unable to use their student Microsoft 365 account. We recently applied an update, and this issue has been solved. |
Canvas enrollments not matching student portal | Some students still have access to courses in Canvas they dropped in their portal. These courses will be removed the week of February 10. |
Login issues | Widespread login issues have been resolved. Please make sure you are (1) using your correct byupathway.edu username to login, (2) checking your personal and school emails for updates, and (3) using https://portal.byupathway.edu/ and not an old portal link. |
